Members Experience on the 12 Steps + 5

DDA Members Share their Experience on the Steps:

Introduction:

It is often said in 12 Step Fellowships of all kinds and flavours, that there are as many ways of working the Steps as there are people.

This is certainly true for Dual Diagnosis Anonymous members as all of our experiences and symptoms of our mental health problems are unique to each of us.

This section has been created for DDA members to share their experience around each of DDA’s 12 Steps + additional 5 that were created specifically to help people with co-occurring mental health & addiction issues.

Simply click on the Step that you’d like to find out about and you’ll be taken to a page where our members have shared their experience on that particular Step.

If you’re currently a DDA member who has been through the Steps and would like to share your experience then please go here [link].
