Start a Healthier and More Positive Approach to Life

Take the first step towards recovery with help from Dual Diagnosis Anonymous. We are a self-help organisation and social enterprise that provides hope and support to those who are suffering from dual disorders. When you reach out to us, you get access to a strong support group that will help you get through your addiction and mental health problems.

We also introduce the ‘12 Step + 5’, a peer support recovery programme that has not been utilized in the UK thus far. It is patterned after the traditional 12-step programme of AA and Narcotics Anonymous. To strengthen and complement this, we conduct various meetings and workshops, where families and friends are welcome to attend.
